Starting from Google Forms and spreadsheets, Gilang Segara designed TribunBooking from zero. Four years on, it has carried 178K+ transactions.

Building a Ticketing Ecosystem from Scratch
TribunBooking’s buyer web: event discovery, filters and a one-page checkout.

Tribun’s regional offices ran events nearly every week. Registration lived in Google Forms, data in Google Sheets, and once thousands of people started showing up, the tools stopped scaling.

The result was two products: a checkout that gets out of the way, and a dashboard that ends the manual work. Continued on p. 2

Barred from streaming, a news app turns football readers into players

With no broadcast rights and no official name, Selebrasi Lokal 2026 became a second screen built on quizzes.

Built from zero: the CMS behind 100+ running events

As the only designer, Gilang Segara built the tools running event organizers need after checkout: race pack collection, white-label pages and payouts.

Selling the ticket is only the start of a running event. Race packs have to be handed out, bibs matched to names and payouts approved, and none of it had tooling.

Working alone for one quarter, Segara designed a CMS for the three people involved: the organizer, the field team and finance. More than 100 running events now use it. Continued on p. 6
